Saving Money, Yo: Squeeze it, don't leave it

Who hasn't had one of those times in life where there is a bit of product left in the toothpaste tube/shampoo bottle/ peanut butter jar that is positively impossible to squeeze out? I, for one, have tossed out ketchup bottles that prove to be defiant of my squeezing skills in anger.

You know its hard out here for a ketchup bottle.

I stumbled upon an awesome video from Consumer Reports which shows a few nifty ways to get out that last little bit from stubborn bottles!

All of the ideas presented in this video will only save you pennies per use, but in the long run, using and scraping every little bit counts. And some of the tips could really help out in a pinch, when you really need just onnnnnnne more teaspoon of honey.

Would you (or do you) use any of these solutions to get the most out of your tubes, bottles, and jars? Leave a comment in the comment section! You could win a $50 iTunes gift card!
